FLORENCE, 8 November 2021 – 99.6% of the passengers on the Florence tramway are satisfied with the service. Of these, 44.5% say they are enthusiastic.
This is the picture that emerges from the survey carried out by GEST, the company that manages the tramway, which every year relies on detectors to find out the opinion of passengers. The results of the survey, planned by the Tuscany Region, will also be transmitted to the Regional Observatory, and will help GEST to make the service more efficient.
