Scandicci, 28 May 2022 –  The concert season at the Cascine starts: the Florence tramway is preparing for a record of passengers and extends the service until 2 am for all the events. There will be more frequent passages and night runs every 5-6 minutes. The sale of tickets for the tramway will be strengthened, especially at the terminus of T1 Villa Costanza, for spectators arriving from outside the city.

The extraordinary tram service will be for concerts at the Visarno Arena in the Cascine park: Vasco Rossi on June 3, and after the concerts of Firenze Rocks (on June 16 Green Day and Weezer; on 17 Muse, Placebo, The Mysterines, The Ramona Flowers; 18 Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nas, Tedua, Remi Wolf, Savana Funk; 19 Metallica, Greta Van Fleet, Jerry Cantrell).

To reach the Visarno Arena alle Cascine (viale del Visarno 14, Florence) the tramway is the simplest and fastest way.

Line T2: San Donato stop (University).

Line T1: Cascine stop (Carlo Monni).

The tram ticket (€ 1.50, valid for 90 minutes) can be purchased at the electronic dispensing machines at each stop on both platforms. The ticket must be stamped as soon as you get on board.
