In order to facilitate correct hygienic behaviour, every vehicle has two disinfecting gel dispensers that passengers can use to wash their hands.

To reduce physical contact between passengers, entrances and exits have been diversified. You can only get on through the doors at the head and tail of the tram, and you can only exit through the two central doors . To make entering and exiting easier and more orderly,  green arrows on the platform indicate points reserved for getting on and red arrows indicate points reserved for getting off at each stop.

Under the new regulations, travellers can and should use all seating until there is standing room only. In corridors and on platforms, a 1 m distance will no longer be possible.
